The Leadership Development Training Consult (LEDCON) is an institution that offers training programmes and consultancy services through capacity building initiatives (CBI). We work with our participants to agree on a detailed knowledge of their specific issues and what they want to achieve. The training can be delivered whenever and wherever it suits our participant’s requirements. All the training programmes can be delivered on customised basis.
